My goal for this week and the next

This week I took my first yoga class, in which I practice several postures like upper dog, down dog, mountain, chair, warrior 1 and 2. But perhaps more important than that it was the session of meditation in which I was introduced to the use of breath as a way of control the wandering of the mind.

I have a delay with the program of the course, but I will do my best to catch up to the class. Also I identified the goal for the course:

  • Dedicating at least one hour per day to the Edx course of Yoga
  • Categories Uncategorized
